On Monday, things become warm and familiar: “Grandma’s kitchen” brings traditional recipes to the table, evoking memories of home and childhood. Even before dinner, we invite you to a delightful wine tasting with our senior host Sepp – discover our distinctive PIWI wines and their unique story.
Tuesday is dedicated to the soul of South Tyrol: typical dishes, honest and authentically reinterpreted with a modern touch, accompanied by live music that creates a warm and lively atmosphere.
On Wednesday, experience the perfect harmony between cuisine and wine – selected Italian wines accompany each course, elevating the flavors to a new level.
Thursday puts our homeland in the spotlight: a refined selection of South Tyrolean wines tells stories of sun, soil and passion – sip by sip.
Friday brings movement into the experience: at our pasta evening with live show cooking, guests cook, laugh and enjoy together. Fresh pasta, a rich antipasti buffet with Italian specialties and atmospheric music make it a truly memorable evening.
And finally, as a grand finale, Saturday takes you on a journey to distant flavors – an exploration of Asian cuisine, full of aromas, colors and surprising creations.
