Everything you need to know about your stay

When is my room ready for occupancy? What do I do if something suddenly comes up before I start my journey? What about local public transport? You will find all the information you need for a pleasant and carefree stay in our Hotel Kassian here.

Algund Card

Whether one night or three weeks. You will receive the Algund Card for your entire stay! This lets you travel free of charge with all public transport, the cable car from Rio Lagundo and Renon and have free admission to all public museums.

Arrival and departure

Your room will be ready for occupancy by 3 p.m. at the latest. Please inform us if you arrive after 7 pm. The rooms are available until 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cancellation conditions

Cancelling already sounds annoying – and it is. It’s a pity if rooms remain free when others would have liked to have come. On the other hand, things can get in the way for everyone. Please let us know about this in good time. We try to be tolerant.

Payment methods

You can pay the invoice in cash, by VISA, ATM, Maestro, Master or EC card. If you pay cash from €400, we will give you a homemade gift as a thank you!

Pets

You are welcome to stay with us with your four-legged friend. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining rooms. The dog board is €18 per day without food.
