Discover our new vintage: four exquisite varieties of home-grown wines
We are delighted to present our latest vintage, which reflects the diversity and quality of our winemaking with four exquisite varieties. Each of these varieties tells its own story and offers unique taste experiences that will delight every wine lover.
Muscaris:
In its semi-dry expression, Muscaris presents itself with a seductive balance between fruitiness and sweetness. The taste is accompanied by a juicy body with light acidity and subtle smoky notes. PiWi stands for fungus resistance and is the further development of organic viticulture.
Souvignier Gris:
A fresh wine with a nice balance and acidity that makes it light and airy. Very full-bodied, it is reminiscent of Pinot Blanc or Pinot Gris. The acidity is as fresh as a Riesling. PiWi stands for fungus resistance and is the further development of organic viticulture.
Rosé:
Our rosé is a real all-rounder that enchants every occasion with its fruity lightness. The delicate raspberry and strawberry aromas, combined with a hint of herbs and a subtle minerality, make this wine a refreshing pleasure.
Vernatsch:
Vernatsch, a traditional red wine variety from South Tyrol, is particularly fruity and velvety in this vintage. With aromas of cherries, red berries and a hint of violets, it impresses with its mild tannin structure and pleasant lightness.
