Colourful jams, freshly squeezed fruit juices, local cheeses and spicy cold cuts: The diversity of our lavish buffet knows no bounds. But why all this? Because we know that every guest has their own special breakfast in mind. The many delicacies invite you to enjoy your favourite dishes, but also dare you to try new tastes.

As different as the ingredients may be – from lightly nutritious to seductively sweet – almost all of them have one thing in common: they all come from South Tyrol. The dairy products come from the Lagundo dairy, fresh bread is supplied daily by the bakeries "Tauber" in Lagundo and "MeinBeck" in Andriano, and the meat products come from the butcher’s shop "Siebenförcher" in Merano. And let’s not forget, we produce numerous delicacies ourselves!
