Whether light, wholesome ingredients or irresistibly sweet delicacies – most of them share one thing in common: their origin in South Tyrol.
Our dairy products come from the Algund Dairy, the bread is delivered fresh daily from local bakeries, and the meat products are sourced from regional butchers.

We also place great emphasis on regional and seasonal origins for fruits, vegetables, and other specialties. This is the only way we can guarantee the best quality and authentic flavor.

And the best part: many delicacies are made right here by us!
